Research project on Sleep and Sensory Sensitivity

A researcher at Queen Mary University in the Sleep and Cognition Lab at the Department of Psychology. Our team is working on a project to understand how sleep influences sensory issues in adults with learning or intellectual disabilities. Specifically, we would like to learn more about the perspective of people aged 18-45 with an IQ of less than 70 who are supported by a carer. This project is funded by the Baily Thomas Charitable Trust which supports research that may help people with learning disabilities. We designed a survey for carers of people with learning or intellectual disabilities, to understand their perspective on this issue.
